No, the Paseo does not have any hidden costs or fees, all taxes and service charges are included in the total cost. However, gratuity is not included as we feel that is up to your discretion.

All candles must be in a container that completely surrounds the flame. Also no confetti, glitter, fake petals, and no sparklers, live bands are not allowed. However, you are welcome to have live acoustic music for ceremony or cocktail. Anything being hung or suspended from the Pavilion must be hung by L&B Rentals. Cold spark fountains must be rented and operated by our approved vendor, VLI Events. Lastly, The Paseo does not set or strike any rental items.

Your time block starts when bridal party arrives to the venue. Our typical time block is 2:00pm – 11:00pm. However, you're welcome to adjust your time block however you'd like.

Yes, we require you to purchase event insurance with liquor liability. The policy must have minimum coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence.

Yes, you can bring your own alcohol, which is a great cost savings. The Paseo does require you to use their in house bartending service.

 

Decor can be packed up the night of the wedding or be picked up the next morning. If you decide to pick it up the next morning the gates will be open at 8:00 am and all decor must be picked up by 11:00 am.

Yes, guests are allowed to leave cars overnight. The gates will be open the next morning at 8:00am and all cars must be picked up by 11:00 am. If not, the cars will be subject to towing.

The Paseo requires you to use one of their preferred caterers, DJs, and their preferred bartending service for the site rentals. All other vendors brought in must be licensed and insured. You may also bring in your own alcohol with the complete mixer package.

Yes, your Event Director will schedule a 90-day and final details meeting with you. They will also run your rehearsal the day before your wedding and be on site the day of your wedding with two assistants to ensure everything is running smoothly.

You are more than welcome to drop off all alcohol and decor at your rehearsal.

For the Saguaro Package our minimum guest count is 75 guests. Our maximum for the Saguaro Package and Site Rental is 200 guests.
